Currently I am working at NBC Universal as an Interaction Designer. I work with clients to define new site requirements and then create wireframes and sitemaps for them.

Previously I was a user interface developer at Lib/Go travel. Creating an application that over 3,000 agents will be using to book their trips. This will migrate the users from command prompt applications in several different systems to one web based application.  This will allow the agent to book trips in a fraction of the time it took them before and also cut down on many mistakes that happened before with data entry.

My goal is to make anything you interact with more useable. Whether it be a web site, cell phone application, ATM machine, and even car interfaces. I want the user to not even have to think about what they are doing just have it be natural. In order for this to happen you must work with the users and find out what their needs and wants are. After you have designed the interface you must go back and test the application to make sure what you have illustrated works.
